The IeMRC in collaboration with TWI, has announced a one day symposium on 'System in Package'.

This event will take place on December 12th at TWI, Granta Park, Greater Abington, Near Cambridge.

The day includes speakers from Lancaster and Greenwich Universities, as well as from TWI Ltd, NPL, AWR Ltd and ZARLINK Seminconductor.
